Positive: Spotlessly clean, convenient location near ATL airport, friendly staff, great breakfast Ample, well-lit parking in gated lot. Room is well equipped with microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. And outlets everywhere, including one that accommodates non-US plug types.
Negative: It's not the Ritz; decor is standard, spare midrange hotel But that's minor and appropriate to the very affordable price.

Positive: Property was great. Clean, beautiful, safe. We would definitely recommend.
Negative: On the Holiday inn website for this “Airport location” it said that with your reservation that a Free shuttle to the airport was Available 24/7! 12a-12a. Was also texted via the Chat on the website that the shuttle was available 24/7! I made my reservation at this hotel based off that information. When I reached out to the reservation desk to make them aware of the approximate time we needed the shuttle I was told that the earliest pick up time for the day is 4:00AM. So not 24/7??!! This time was not early enough for us. We would not make our flight. So, I think it would be a more than appropriate request that Holiday Inn reimburse me for the cost of the Uber transport. $32. More importantly your website and chat forum need to be updated with the correct information. Thank you.

Positive: The location and the staff was very nice. The older lady doing breakfast was soo nice.
Negative: The noise all night. Teenagers was outside my window so loud on Saturday, January the 18th. Up and down the elevator talking very loud. Also slamming their room door. It was terrible when we had to be up at 5 am.
