Summary: Just a short stay overnighr, front desk very friendly. Room was clean and bed and pillows comfy. Plently of towels and nice products. Breakfast had a good variety and was ready at 6.

Summary: The tv wasn’t connected to cable or offered any other services that didn’t cost additional money without having to call down on a phone that didn’t connect to front desk. They were kind enough to allow my husband and child to eat some of the breakfast items even though they were closing it down at 9:45am. The ac system in the room was abysmal, the unit was too warm and wouldn’t cool down. The toilet paper was very scratchy and cheap. Especially for how much they charge for the room rate, they should offer better toilet paper. I didn’t take pictures because why would I, it was passable for the short notice we were needing to find a hotel to stay at for such a tragic circumstance.

Summary: Carpet on the third floor hallway was not attached properly, ridges in the carpet made it un-level and my wife caught foot on one of them and tripped and fell hitting her knee and elbow. While the staff was cordial, it felt they were less than empathetic toward her injury. Went to the doctor, no major issues, bruising.
