Summary: Staff is great, love the pool and play area. Carpet in hallways is weirdly wrinkled, but everything else about our stay was great. We will stay here again

Summary: Everything was amazing. This was the only time we had trouble with having Dogs. Hotels.com should have that as an option, so it’s easier for staff. Our dogs were not allowed in the room we chose.

Summary: Located right off I90, perfect for our stay on the road as this was just an overnight stop on a longer trip. HIE always has a great breakfast, plus there was complimentary beer & wine when we arrived which we enjoyed after a long day on the road. Will stay here again if we are traveling thru the area.

Summary: We like breakfast and pool and room is clean . Only problem our room toilet is moving that did not install tight enough.

Summary: Enjoyed the pool area and appreciated the indoor playground for the kids. Breakfast selections were good but the biscuits tasted moldy and one of the milks my daughter chose was sour (although the date was good). The cinnamon rolls largely seemed to reheated multiple times.
