Summary: Ants in my room and was told they couldn’t move me because they had no more vacancies. Elevator didn’t work therefore was put on 2nd floor which is not my requested flooring.

Summary: Neither elevator worked. We were at the end of a 2 week road trip and had quite a bit of luggage. The odor from the broken elevators was horrible
