Summary: I stayed with my family for the weekend. The stay at the front were really friendly and our check in lady had excellent customer service. The room could have been cleaner. I booked 2 rooms and we saw a roach in both rooms. I alerted the front desk and told it was a water bug. I nicely let her know it wasn't, it was a roach.

Summary: My stay at Holiday Inn Express was absolutely wonderful. My family was there for family reunion and several family members stayed at hotel. When I say the staff was so accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend it
