Positive: The lady who worked the morning on the day of my stay really saved the day. I loved Daisy she was so helpful and sweet. We arrived earlier than expected and though a room was not ready for us just yet she kept us informed and let the kids come in to swim to get out the car until the room was available. Closer to check in time the room was not yet available but she did have another option and provided that one to us without an up charge. We had an amazing stay due to her amazing customer service and warm heart.
Negative: I didn’t like the attitude and vibe from the lady at the front desk around 5:50am on the day of my stay. I came in and said hello and she was looking down writing something and never said anything to me. I just stood there for 3 minutes then she looked up and just stared at me I said hello I have a reservation and wanted to see what options I have for early check in if possible. She just looked at me for a minute and said no we are full we have no rooms to reserve. I said I have a reservation just later today just checking the options I may have. She said you can check the other hotels that are bigger since we are small we are full so their is no options. I then just walked out and told my family. I started to look at rooms in the area but remembered I already paid for the room there so we just sat in the car until Daisy came in.
Summary: We drove from Oklahoma City & Daisy changed our whole day by her caring.

Positive: Everything was great, pool was nice, location was perfect.
Negative: The one bed was very old, lots of springs broken so that was not good at all. The other bed was good.
Summary: It was a nice one night staycation and we very much enjoyed the pool

Positive: I stay here often when I am I Chicago. The rooms are clean, the pool is perfect, and the service is been outstanding. Mary Jo, at the front desk, is super friendly, helpful, and attentive. One time I have some problems with my reservation , Mary Jo was able to figure out my reservation and help me to accommodate and really took care of me, She was lovely, very professional . She deserves all the praise for it!!
