Positive: The staff were so friendly and helpful. The linens were great quality and the bed was comfortable. Paris, Sheila, Johnathan and the gentlemen that drove the shuttle were all amazing.
Negative: I killed 2 cockroaches in my shower in 4 days. There is nothing walkable nearby. The gym wasn’t clean - the bin was not emptied in the 5 days, thick dirt under the equipment.
Summary: The price was good, the staff were excellent but the cleanliness was not great.

Negative: Water pressure on sink in the bathroom was very low. Guests did not adhere to quiet hours - I heard a lot of footsteps late at night, not sure if it was upstairs or hallway. On the second night, somebody was knocking on a guest door at 5am and then proceeded to get louder and louder for quite a while. I wanted to get up to see what was going on but decided not to.

Negative: I didn't like how there was a joining room and I could hear all the noise and chatter of the other guests.
Summary: The stay was wonderful, but for a peaceful stay to unplug, a joining room is not a good choice.
