Summary: Lots of construction around and in hotel. Difficult traversing business mall with camper to enter and exit. Beds extremely uncomfortable and hard pillows to. Shower door doesn’t stay closed. Hall smells of urine. Appeared clean by sight. Friendly staff. Keurig coffee is nice.

Summary: Room was very spacious and clean. Loved that there was all Dove hygiene products already in the bathrooms. Pool temperature was perfect. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Would bring my family back to stay.

Summary: Excellent stay again. This is our go - to hotel when we are in St Albert or Edmonton. Large rooms with all the comforts of home. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Easy check in. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice.

Summary: The hotel improved so much since our last stay. There was a delay in check in due to staff change over, and I'd assume due forgetting to communicate. All was good though, I just had to approach the desk a 2nd time. Very clean rooms and plenty of comfy pillows. Thebpool was a hit with the waterslide (both kids and adults).

Summary: When I arrived at the hotel the gentleman at the desk did his best to get me properly checked in. I received my key and headed up to the room, upon swiping the key and opening the door I was met by someone else already in the room. I was informed that they had arrived 2 hours earlier. I went down to the desk and had them reassign me a room “to myself please”. The second room was not occupied but it did not give me a lot of comfort even though I locked and bolted the door. I found this interesting as I had read a review before coming where another guest had as I can only imagine was similar experience at this same location. Also it would appear they are still using a very ancient way to organize their reservations (a large recipe file box(?!)). The breakfast was ok it was warm and plenty of food with some selection. I have stayed at a few Holiday Inns in the past year in both Canada and the USA and I think at this time it will be my last planned stay with this franchise of hotels. It would appear that the quality and safety is not a priority for them anymore.

Summary: We have stayed here, every year since it opened. This year we were delighted to meet the breakfast lady during our stay. She was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with her. She was an excellent host. The stay was very pleasant and we were very pleased with the handicap suit. The walk in shower was very beneficial for me.
