Summary: This motel was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. The place itself was very clean & the room was exceptional. Emily @ the front desk was so sweet. She wanted to know how our room was & if there was anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this motel

Summary: Stay was good. Rooms were clean. We were told that breakfast will be ready by 4AM, we had ours around 7 as we had to leave early. It was good. There were several facilities available round the clock.

Summary: only complaint was we got snacks at front desk ..was charged $ 8 for snickers and soda..friend went down few hours later got s snickers and soda was charged $4?

Summary: If you are in need of a hotel in the Moundsville area, you need to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Suites! It is probably the cleanest and best-appointed hotel in this price point. My husband and I are frequent Marriott guests, but our stay here has changed our minds. Emily was working the reception desk upon our check-in and she could not have been friendlier! She ensured our check-in went smoothly, and even called the room a few minutes after to make sure everything was to our standards, which it was. She gave us dinner recommendations and information about what to see in the area, all with a smile and warm professionalism. Our room was spacious and immaculate, with a comfortable king sized bed and a zero-entry shower. One of the touches we especially liked was the black-out shades covering the windows. We took full advantage of the hotel pool and hot tub, which were conveniently open 24 hours a day. The area was clean and towels were readily available. Breakfast service, which was included with our stay, started at 4am daily, and featured plenty of choices, including fresh fruit. At checkout, I spoke with Molly, the hotel manager and paid her our compliments. She was so nice and also pleased to hear we enjoyed our stay. If we are in the area in the future, we will definitely return to this hotel. We wouldn't even want to stay anywhere else!
