Summary: We were arriving late and were driving in from a place with no internet service, so we wanted to call to confirm our reservation. No one answered the phone at the hotel, so we called the IHG main number. They said they couldn’t see our reservation and wanted to charge us for a second room “to be sure” at a cost of $65 more per night. We didn’t want to do that. Thankfully, finally the hotel answered the phone and confirmed our reservation. The hotel was clean and comfortable until about 7:30 am when the vacuuming, custodians door knocking room by room, and room cleaning began. Since we had a late arrival and check out isn’t until noon, we had hoped to sleep in longer.

Summary: Clean room, comfortable bed, and hot water! What more could you want besides a free delicious breakfast; which they also have! (Omelets, biscuits and gravy, fresh pancakes, breakfast meat, oatmeal, plus all the usual things) Check in was quick and easy. Girl at the desk was very nice and friendly. We also rode the elevator down with one of the housekeepers, and she was so nice, as well! Definitely recommend staying here!
