Summary: Shelving was rusted, blow dryer broke into pieces, toilet clogged up, room had a foul smell, we had to kill a big the first night, sheets had a hole in it. First morning Housekeeping kept knocking on door between 8:45-9am until we opened door to decline cleaning.

Summary: Shower curtain wouldn’t close. Mildew on the bottom of the shower curtain. Remote control was held together by tape. And employees gave an attitude when asked for help.
