Summary: Walked into the first room and crazy but the beds were about halfway made, sink was covered in what i would calm crap and they're was a toilet cake sitting on top of the air conditioner smelling up the nasty room. Called to get a new room and had to go back down get keys get new bedding Ali that crap but still it sucked.

Summary: The property was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Only thing that didn’t go right was the ice machines, all of them except the office. It wasn’t a major problem and will not keep us from not staying there again.

Summary: Front desk lady was really nice and efficient no issues there ac didn’t blow much air in room , only 3 towels when reserved room for 4, beds really old I’m guessing really squeaky so with the heat lots of tossing and turning along with squeaks and no pancakes for the kids because lady in banquet area was new and didn’t know how to run machine

Summary: This is our second time to stay here and this trip confirmed we will continue to stay here each time we come to Pampa. The staff here was above reproach. Everything regarding our room was wonderful My only 2 complaints are the first floor air conditioner wasn’t working. It appeared to really affect the front desk personnel, but they were troopers. My second issue was the fact that the pool was extremely cold and the spa was out of order. After a long day of driving we were looking forward to relaxing in either and it just wasn’t possible. Thank you to the staff for all your hard work. Housekeeping staff was extremely wonderful

Summary: Swimming pool was open but, heater was not working, hot tub was being painted. 2nd floor ice machine was a not working. Staff were friendly and open, hot breakfast is very good and lots of fresh items. Room was clean and smelled good.

Summary: We chose this motel specifically because of the indoor pool. We were NOT told or was it stated that the pool was drained and Inoperative. Very upset
