Summary: Room setting was nice and functional. Kudos to breakfast staff, exceptionally friendly! 4 star overall rating is because we did not get cleaning service even though we spent two nights there

Summary: The place is okay. It does not have the same holiday in express standards as others. Service was poor. They did not clean rooms and replenish for multi day stay. The breakfast was okay but the staff was in panic as they complained about management not refilling supply. Beds are poor in comfort and room is very small. Felt like motel bed and room. The rooms have bad odor from carpets and you can see fresh food stains. Weekend cleaning crew does not seem to do their job well or it maybe under staffed as we didn’t get our room cleaned and from the first day odor of carpets and food stains from previous party. It was not worth the price. Could had a better place for the amount spend.

Summary: Several broken things. A/C grate, blinds, some doors didn't work as expected. Toilet moved when sitting down or getting up.

Summary: Disappointed in our hotel room. Noisy and something was running in the wall behind us that caused the bed to vibrate. Front desk wasn’t any help. Felt like our room was unfinished from a renovation.
