Summary: All staff I interacted with were polite and friendly, including front desk, breakfast worker, and housekeeping. I want to give a special shout-out to the very kind young woman staff member whose job title I'm unsure of. She was wearing a black shirt with black pants (I think), and she had an orange scarf around her head and was African American. When I got to my room after check-in, the key wouldn't work. She went upstairs to help three times for me and got a new key made--but there was some misunderstanding on my part, and I wish I had thanked her properly and given her a tip-- I'm a senior citizen and was too tired to think at that point. She was just 5 minutes from ending her shift as well. It was about 9pm on August 4th. If there is a way for me to send her a tip, please contact me on my email.
