Positive: The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of breakfast food. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the Riverwalk and about 30 minutes from the Caverns traveling by car. Parking is free.
Negative: The pool opens too late 10 a.m. and is closed too early 10 p.m. Hours 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. would be better.
Summary: Our stay was comfortable and we felt at ease at the hotel.

Positive: The location is great and the area was quiet. The property is well kept and my room was clean and the breakfast buffet was very good.
Negative: At check-in we were welcomed by amazing people(man and lady) who were friendly and kind and offered help with all our questions. But the next day the girl at the reception was cold and not helpful at all. She was rude and her name was Angelica. I asked her name with intent of this review to make her aware she needs to be friendly. I asked her for late check out since we came in from travel and checked in almost at 9. She said no because it was only for the vip guests and I was not one. I asked how can I become one and she said let me have your phone number and email. She took the information and said ok that’s it and walked away. Then I got to back to my room after 30 mins and my key was no longer active. My husband went down and she told her that I should have reactivated my card. He told her how was I to know that. Long story short-Angelica needs training in customer service.
Summary: Everything was amazing. Reception girl needs customer service training.
