Summary: We stayed for one night on our way to Vancouver and had a great experience. Premises are very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and lighting of the place which gave it a comfy feeling. Breakfast was great, lots of choices, coffee was particularly good. Overall a great experience.

Summary: Single elevator is very challenging Pool tools did not get stocked at night or in the morning. Had to ask for more tools both times Would not stay again

Summary: The hotel itself was nice, but it’s clearly understaffed. When we arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk, and we waited about 15 minutes before someone showed up. Later in the evening, closer to 8:30, our friend went to the pool and waited around 10 minutes trying to get towels. When we arrived, we told her to go back to the pool and that we’d grab them for her—but after waiting another 20 minutes, my husband ended up going into the back room himself to get the towels. They definitely need more staff on hand to provide timely service.

Summary: The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. But we booked a room for 6 (2 Doubles and a sofa), and the room had only 1 extra set of pillows and sheets etc for the sofa. So we had to ask for extra sheets and pillows rather than them being prepared. I was also dumbfounded that for their whole parking complex, that they had only ONE handicap parking spot. We were able to use it on our 1st night stay but werent lucky on our 2nd night. Lots of fast food options within 5 mins of driving and a casino too. Has a small pool that was relatively clean.

Summary: The hotel was great the and the staff were friendly & helpful. When were were there, the elevator was out of order for maintenance for 2 days. We had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs so that was very very inconvenient. The hotel only had one elevator. When booking the hotel, we were not informed the elevator would be out of service. If we were disabled, we would be screwed. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. But they kept on running out of bananas. The parking garage was dirty and dusty. Looked a bit sketchy. So we parked next to the hotel. Our hotel room was clean except the toilet rim underneath was all black. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
