Positive: Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and met expectations
Negative: We were disappointed to find out upon arrival/check-in that the pool was not open for use, as this was the main reason for choosing this hotel for our stay.

Positive: This hotel is located well. Right off the hwy and across the street from a shopping center and restaurants. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly.
Negative: We stay here often, but this trip had some mishaps. The first room we stayed in, the power switch kept turning off in the bathroom, even while showering and in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. They moved us to another room. We were there for 3 nights. The rooms were not very clean and when I put towels on the bathroom floors for when we get out of the showers, they were dirty when I picked them up. After one room cleaning, we noticed they did not vacuum the floor and there were crackers and dirt in the rug. The pool was closed indefinitely and this should be stated on their website- we brought suits. It did need maintenance though and I'm glad they are making repairs. This is definitely a family hotel, however, and children are welcomed.

Positive: The hot water temp was great and the water pressure made the shower very relaxing after driving all day. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good. I wasn’t expecting that! There was a very good selection of different dishes.
Negative: It was pretty noisy. The place was packed. But seemed to be working folks just settling in for the night after a hard day.
Summary: This place suited our needs for the one night stay and was priced right. Great location as well.

Negative: I was awakened at 7am to vacuuming in the hallway which I know needs to be done but maybe not at 7:00am.
