Summary: Absolutely No A/C year around. The temperature in our room was close to 30 dgrees Celsius. We had to prop the window open with a hanger from the closet. And they left a fan at the door we took it in and plugged in to circulate the air.

Summary: Cab ride that was requested from hotel desk to MSC cruise port was overcharged. Cab driver took advantage of us and charged 24 euro for 4 people while a cab ride to airport was 27 euro for 4 people with the same amount of luggage.

Summary: The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. There was a good selection at breakfast. It’s in the port area but there is a nearby metro station for easily getting in to the center.
