Summary: Upon arrival we were met with a $500 credit card hold. I travel for work around 15-20 times per year and have never ever been told I had to pay a $500 deposit for a room anywhere including other holiday inn's, sister IHG hotels, even at far more expensive hotels. It's kind of insane... Add-in an additional $49 per day for parking. Oh and if you need any packages delivered it's $3 per package (they don't even bring it to your room) and of course Amazon ships everything in separate boxes can add up really quick Otherwise it's a good location, clean rooms, okay beds, but their price and hidden fees and holds makes this location feel like they forgot they are a holiday inn and want to get JW or International rates

Summary: Spent a weekend trip here to catch a baseball game and see the sights of SF and this hotel did not disappoint! Hotel is centrally located to everything in the city and public transporation is easy to access. There is a cable car stop right next door which was great to use to get to downtown! The service was great from check in with Jimmy and Victor helping us get our room early before check in time. Roger at the hotel lobby bar was friendly and welcoming and alerted to us the specials being offered. Our housekeeper Xao was friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. Overall an excellent hotel and one we will be visiting again the next time we visit the city.
