Summary: As soon as you walked in the hotel it smelled not good.Person at the front desk talking on phone with a personal call and very unprofessional. Bathrooms were small and not updated. The amount we paid for the hotel breakfast should have been included and not have to pay extra for breakfast. Will not stay here again.

Summary: The room was not very clean. There were long dust/cobweb strings from the ceiling above the bed by the window. The bathroom sink area was definitely not wiped down well. The bath towels had hairs embedded in them. The large mirror had big streaks. The desk area was dusty. Definitely overpriced for the lack of attention.

Summary: First, checked in with being told the hotel charges $50 a day for incidentals not $25 like advertised on hotels.com, they did remedy but still a pain. Ice machines never full, hotel run down needing upgrades. Hot tub dirty visible mold. Paid for breakfast, but seriously should have been included given the quality for price. Beds comfortable, but daughter found ants on day of checkout.

Summary: The staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional. This hotel is run down, bathtubs were dirty (where you put your feet to take a shower). We got our first room when we arrived, asked to switch because the tub was very dirty. The new rooms bathtub was a little better. Bed super comfortable, but over things like carpet, walls, doors windows were run down . No fans in the shower area so humidity in the room.
