Summary: I would recommend this hotel it’s very convenient to the ICC which is about a 8 min walk with foot bridge over the motorway. I met my sister in law in the evening and we had a meal in the restaurant only criticism would be the chips were not very appealing. I would stay again very good value for money

Summary: Not a place I would stay at again. The first room I was given had a strong smell of smoke despite being smoke free hotel. I was then given an executive room on the second floor which was far better. Cleanliness was good but the whole place apart from the breakfast and bar needs updating. Staff is nice and accommodating.

Summary: I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Perfect for my preparation to run in the Newport Marathon. The food choices were good and the staff were friendly.

Summary: We stayed in a family room, two adults and one child, and there were only two towels and two cups in the room on arrival. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for my son to attempt to sleep on. Three of the lamps in the room didn’t work.

Summary: An older hotel that has had a modern make over. Staff very friendly and helpful, made taxi reservations, opened breakfast early when we had an early departure! Great bar with a good selection of non alcoholic options! Easily accessible from the M4.
