Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was excellent. We loved having a balcony to check the outside weather, and a kitchen sink and counter outside the bathroom. Location was convenient to the falls. Overall a very classy experience. The only downside was the breakfast, which wasn't a great value. There were four of us, but our prepaid price only included the four adults and not our teen. That was an unexpected cost. Overall, though, I highly recommend this hotel for a family visiting Niagara Falls.

Summary: Nice hotel. Quick, 5 minute walk to the falls. Staff was friendly. Clean, comfortable beds. Ate at the restaurant, Cocos, and was definitely not a fan. Mediocre food at a high price. Would stay again but would eat elsewhere!

Summary: The room condition is quiet disappointing with a very torn chair, I am sure no one would like to sit on it. Also, the bed sheet did not fit the mattress so you can see half of the edge of the mattress. Worse still, the ventilation inside washroom is terrible.

Summary: Very short but pleasant stay. Only negative was that our ground floor doorwall had a broken security lock. Room, staff, and Coco’s restaurant were great

Summary: Great place, nice staff, friendly and helpful. Roon was comfortable and clean . Bathroom toilet could have been cleaner but otherwise very impressive. We liked the balcony as well and the noon check out suited our needs. We’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and for the price would rate this one excellent, definitely a 9 out of 10.
