Summary: I was very disappointed with the room that we were given, it was 2nd floor and did not have a view of the swimming pool as advertised. There was smell of mold in the room.

Summary: The hotel arranged for a pick-up from Sekupang ferry terminal. That is the only terminal that is provided with a pick-up service. The check-in was quick. I had a wonderful 150 mins spa treatment with Rani at Tea Tree Spa.
