Summary: Room was ready a little early so was able to get in when arrived. Staff was very polite and courteous. Noticed room floor needed to be cleaned and vacuumed more. Air conditioner is a little loud and toilet would run. View was nice with oceanfront room. Overall weekend stay was enjoyed.

Summary: The property is beautiful! Great location and excellent service from hotel and restaurant staff. The shuttle service was very efficient and the driver was friendly. There were a few minor inconveniences we encountered during our stay that resulted in a 4 star rating on an otherwise 5 star stay. Extra towels were not available when requested and we were told they would be delivered to our room later but they never arrived. There is a laundry room on each floor which is great but only one washing machine was working in the entire facility during our stay which made being able to wash our beach clothes difficult. Also, we witnessed one of the baristas in the coffee bar lick a spoon after stirring a drink she was preparing. The spoon went into the sink afterwards, but still not something you want to see when someone is preparing an order.

Summary: Very nice place to stay with a family vacation. Pools, hot tubs, hammocks, food, alcohol, smoke free, clean, ocean front and friendly staff. Tammy - Shift supervisor at breakfast buffet was amazing and helpful!

Summary: Very nice resort. Rooms are small but we were hardly there. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Loved the beach town and will be back.
