Summary: When getting into bed we found a vape cartage telling us the bed sheets never got cleaned. We called front desk and they moved us rooms but to a hot room and I was afraid to call again and make another complaint which I should’ve since the room was hot

Summary: Only downside to this 4 night stay was our shower pressure was very slow. Location is great. Rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was good. The pools were clean and the staff was very friendly

Summary: We recently stayed at this hotel while attending my son’s prom, and while the experience had some positives, there were also a few major disappointments. The hotel itself was nice and somewhat clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent; close to everything we needed, which made getting around very convenient. Unfortunately, the pool area was a huge letdown. My youngest son had been excited to swim, and my husband and I were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. However, the pools were slimy and dirty, and despite the strong smell of chlorine that burned our eyes just sitting nearby, the water didn’t seem clean at all; both in the indoor and outdoor pools. The hot tub, which we were really looking forward to, was not only dirty but also cold. Overall, the hotel had potential, but the pool and hot tub situation really impacted our stay. We checked out at 11pm the same day. I hope they take steps to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of their recreational areas
