Summary: Check in was an hour late. Had to just sit around with a ticked off child who couldn’t do anything. Kids & adults next door were so loud. Running and banging on walls/floors, slamming doors at 6am and some at 1am. Food from onsite restaurant was so expensive & not good. Activities for kids in armadillo clubhouse was unorganized & took way longer than it should have. The interior of hot tubs & lazy river left us with cuts & scrapes all over our feet & legs. The grit was SO coarse. The hot tub water was so hot that it was almost unbearable. The water in the pools was sooooooo cold. My kid was an ice cube. There was no happy medium. The indoor slide got shut down for maintenance. Was not worth what we paid. Will not be back.

Summary: beautiful property with lots of things do to. only complaint is the livingroom TV didn't have a remote and called to the front desk and reported it. never did get it fixed before we left! But the other two TVs working fine.

Summary: Very nice property, well-maintained. Bed was super comfortable! Would have liked for the concessions around the lazy river to be open.

Summary: Hotel was well worth going to. Kids and I enjoyed the amenities. Everyday there were activities for the kids. Room was spacious for a studio and weird to say my favorite feature was the ceiling fan. I’d definitely come back !

Summary: Restaurant was lacking adequate service. Karaoke was scheduled in pool area but was changed to yoga studio with no signs or notice as to where it was. Yoga studio was not big enough for that. Lots of children were there.

Summary: The resort is beautiful. The only problem we had was the connecting room door was so thin. Our last night a new family came and they were so loud. I have never had this issue with any other connecting room.

Summary: The pools are fun, waterslides fun, lazy river fun. Room was 2 bedroom with plenty of room. I dont like the fact they have check out at 10am. I have a handicap child so need usual noon check out. I asked for extended time they gave me 10:30am..if you like to sleep in or need extra time in morning dont stay here.
