Summary: We are so pleased with our stay In Holiday Inn Galleria. We enjoyed the comfortable king size beds for our family of four. I just wish the pillows are firmer The housekeeping is great, the front desk stuff is very helpful and also the concierge are awesome. The buffet is also great. A variety of different dishes from breakfast to brunch. Zachary help us a lot and very accommodating. I think he deserves a raise/bonus. We also like the fact the it's connected to the mall. Very convenient. We are definitely going to come back and stay here next time we go back home again for vacation. I will highly recommend this Hotel to our friends and family that are going home for a visit. So bye for now until we go home again next time hopefully sooner than later. Thanks for being such a great place to stay and relax.

Summary: Only good thing of holiday Inn is location next to Robinson that easy to find restaurants. My room didn’t clean well and no replenishment of Tea bags, Toiletries, empty box of facial tissue also. First 2 days don’t want complaint. I decided to complaint on the third day because I need housekeeping to replace me the facial tissue. I showed the reception the photo that glass water no clean, toothbrush no replace, hair dryer no wrap,…just say sorry.

Summary: It was a great home away from home. The Personnel were extra courteous and their service was top notch even better compared to other luxury hotels in the metro.

Summary: Tried check early check in @ 2:30pm but the rooms still wasn't ready. Despite requesting 1 week early to book the 7 rooms together, we were still assigned rooms on 3 different floors which wouldn't have been an issue except for the fact that your key card can only open your assigned floor. One of the rooms we were assigned wasn't even ready so we had to call and get that resolved. Staff at the front desk (Jewel) was very personable. Even the housekeeping staff was helpful in trying to get that last room ready. One of our rooms had some ac issues so had to call regarding that as well. Little things like ensuring the toiletry bottles was refilled & having 2 bath robes is sort of basic but was missed. 2 of the rooms was upgraded( one of them was the room that wasn't ready). Manager extended late check-out to make up for all the issues encountered.

Summary: Our entire family suffered from allergies from this hotel. We had 4 rooms. All of us suffered from the poor air quality, likely mold from the ducts. Hotel is outdated and while staff tried hard to please, this place needs an overhaul. Good proximity to transportation and malls, though.

Summary: We have booked with Holiday Inn Galleria for almost 5 years every Holy week and Christmas Holiday.
