Positive: The entire staff was so friendly from the front desk (Tin) to the Concierge (Louis, Mark, etc) the the doormen + every one else!
Summary: It was amazing and cannot wait to go back for another visit.

Positive: The staff were really nice and accommodating.
Negative: The room was oddly shaped and dark. At some point, we had a leak in the ceiling, which they came to repair...while we were still in the room. The latte they served in the lobby was not good (think 3 in 1) esp for the price they were asking. The room and conference room where we were at were a bit dated. We were told at reception that breakfast ended at 9 am, which we missed. But then when checking out we were told actually it closed at 10 am so we could have made it. For a mid-tier hotel, this all would have been acceptable. But, for the stars and the price point that this hotel has, it was a sore disappointment.
