Summary: Stayed here for two weeks, very basic hotel. Cleaning was done very poorly, floors were not even cleaned. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. The hotel is not more than average 3 star hotel.

Summary: A safe (24 hrs reception, card required to access elevator and side doors) & clean Hotel in a quiet area. Public Transport S-BAHN, U-BAHN and BUS in walking distance, same for shopping malls and restaurants within minutes on foot. Offers free parking in separate Garage for guests arriving by car. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are new with comfortable bed, noise absorbing triple glassed windows and spacious bathroom/shower.

Summary: The Hotel was very nice except that the Air Conditioning could apparently not keep up in Room 317. The Sun hit the large glass windows every day and even though we keep the curtains closed it still got like an oven. The glass needs some reflective thermal film or something _ OR - the Air Conditioning needs to be able to be set to "TURBO". We had trouble sleeping due to the heat and could not stay in the Room at all during the day.

Summary: Good hotel with a nice breakfast. Easy to get to Hamburg’s main attractions and also very easy to get from/to the airport. Rooms were a little too hot as AC didn’t seem to work quite well.

Summary: Everything fine, nothing to complain about. Staff was kind and happy to help out. Room clean and comfy. Breakfast had all you could wish for. The only thing I could argue with is the fact that other hotels of similar level offered a late free check-out for participants of Cyclassics Bike Race.
