Positive: This was our first time in Turkey and we had a magical time, thanks to HV Türkiye! The superb staff ensured a truly sublime stay. From the bar/waiting staff to the cleaning staff, everyone provided amazing service! The food was exceptional; which was a pleasant surprise given it’s a buffet-style, which sometimes impact the quality of food, but not in this case, as the food was nothing short of incredible! The private beach provided a much needed serenity and was great for early morning swims!! Thank you!!

Positive: Number of swimming pools, food was fantastic as was the spa. The guests were all very friendly and the staff were fantastic. Claire in guest relations was particularly brilliant.
Negative: The sunbed situation was ridiculous. The bulk of sunbeds were gone by 2am so unless you were prepared to set an alarm to "claim" one, chances are you're not getting beds with your family next to each other. The rooms are also incredibly small. They say they sleep up to 4 people, but I'm not sure how. The two single sofa beds aren't suitable for children as they're quite high and not suitable for 3-6 year olds on the grounds of falling out and hurting yourself. The closet space is smaller than my fridge so not sure how they expect it to be suitable for 4 people. The gym is very poor, none of the cardio machines work, the equipment is old and damaged. Alcohol is very watered down, local spirits are set cocktails are all that's included in the inclusive package. If you want branded drinks e.g Smirnoff, Baileys, Bacardi etc everything is at a cost and they're only served at certain locations not at all bars. I'm

Positive: Food is excellent for property of this scale, and I have tried more than 10 other hotels in Turkiye. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Negative: A bit slippery pool floor tiles, but if you’re cautious should be no problem
