Fully furnished fourth floor apartment located in the ?Grand Roc Residence? at the foot of the Grands Montets lift Station (2 min by foot). It has been totally renovated during Summer 2009 to a high standard with a modern, cocooning, quiet and comfortable feel with Southeast exposure.
This apartment up to max 4 people fits perfectly for two couples, a home office, a family or small groups to live in real comfort on a self catered holiday working period, with space for occasional guests.
The accomadation of this two floors 38m2 apartment consists of:
- Entrance with separated wash-basin and WC .
- Fully equiped kitchen (with ceramic glass cooktop, refrigerator, microwave grill and a dishwasher)
- A living room with one single sofa and a dining table which seats four.

Summary: The Location directions were unclear with no actual keypad code displayed and the Vrbo app displayed gibberish for the check out details so I would suggest you check your website.The stay would have been improved with WiFi and an aerial cable for the TV

Summary: The flat is perfectly situated in the heart of Argentiere - a 5 minute walk in ski gear to the bus stop, and a 10 minute walk to Les Grand Montets ski lifts. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the town, plus a Super U Marche which offers everything you could possibly need! We ate out most nights, but did cook on occasion and the flat was more than adequately equipped! We went as two couples - the second bedroom has twin beds which can be pushed together no problem, but the room is a little less private as it has no proper door. This was not a big issue but it is just something to be aware of! The flat is always warm, and there is always hot water on top! We would stay again! Seb & Estelle were very accommodating, easy to contact, and ensured our stay ended well!

Summary: Great location in Argentiere. Good value for money. Good communication with helpful hosts. The apartment is quite small but fine for two couples or small family. We were two couples - luckily we know each other well because the second bedroom has a see-through screen rather than a wall. If you don't mind sacrificing a bit of privacy the apartment is perfect! The kitchen is small but well equipped - there's even herbs, spices etc in the cupboards. We had a couple of friends round for dinner and we managed to cook a lovely meal on two hobs and one oven. It's cosy, warm and comfortable - what more do you need after a day on the slopes :-) We would definitely recommended to a couple or small family, or two couples or friends who know each other well!! Enjoy your holiday!

Summary: Accommodation is very well planned and thought out. It had everything you need for a ski holiday and is perfectly located for panda club and grand montet. This is the most convenient location I've stayed in with children whilst skiing in Chamonix. Would recommend to anyone.

Summary: If you like to stay close to the slopes this is a perfect location - just a few minutes from the Grand Montets skilifts. There is also a bus which takes you to Chamonix or other ski resorts. There might be a problem with parking if there is a lot of snow but we used a parking of Grand Montets which not far away from the building and is just a few meters from the lifts and bus station. The apartment is well equiped and very nice. We didn't miss anything. There are also all other fascilities (shops, rent equipment, pizzeria, washing mashines etc.) close by.

Summary: + Great location, only five minutes walk to the cable and egg lift in Argentière. Newly refurbished apartment and also very clean. The beds are comfortable and there is good kitchen equipment. Reasonable price for a week. Also friendly service by the owners, thank you for a good stay. - No wifi, makes it hard to see what lifts are opened in the morning, to check next days snow and weather, book seat in the cable lift etc. The sofa needs to be replaced, it is almost useless. High deposit. = With wifi and a better sofa, this apartment would be perfect!
