Summary: The accomodation is a short walk from the quaint lake side town. The town is easily connected via train station to any area in Lake Como. The properties lake and mountain views are gorgeous sipping your favorite beverage on the veranda. Breakfast was a variety of local pastries, yoghurt, juices, coffee/tea… Marco is a fabulous host! I would definitely stay here again :)

Summary: We stayed at Marco's place once before 2 years ago, the fact we are back tells a story. We will more than likely return again one day. The accommodation is immaculately presented. Everything matched the online descriptions. Views overlooking the lake whilst consuming breakfast take some beating. A 10 minute walk into the old town is a pleasure and not too challenging. Garaging for our motorcycle was appreciated.

Summary: My partner and I had a wonderful time at B&B del Lario. Marco greeted us on arrival and had sent us an extensive list with photos of things to do in the area allowing us to really make the most of our stay. The property was extremely clean and true to the online listing with a stunning view over the lake. Mandello del Lario is a beautiful town with some great places to eat (Al Ghezz and Galli and Gufi our faves!) and it was easy to access other places to visit with our hire car. I highly recommend staying here, it's the perfect base to explore Lake Como.

Summary: We‘ve been two weeks at B&B Del Lario and had a very wonderful & relaxing time. The accommodation was clean and well situated. We’ve been also very happy that we could bring our dog along and she loved it, too. Marco and his parents are wonderful. We‘ll definetly come again. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: The accommodation itself was clean, modern and very comfortable. Although we are early in our trip, we've traveled extensively, and suspect this may be the best VRBO we'll experience. Breakfast was fresh and waiting for us when we woke. Mario and his family were extremely welcoming and kind. It was nice to be in Italy with Italians who were so wonderfully welcoming. We were there in February, so the weather wasn't the best, but beautiful mountain views could still be appreciated from the upper wrap-around balcony where guest quarters are. Our only regrets are that we didn't stay another night and that a massage couldn't be scheduled (Mario is a therapist but was away). Overall, this was an exceptional value. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
