Summary: Stayed in a cottage as hotel rooms were not available. Very spacious and nice property, maybe a bit cold on arrival as heating system wasn't on the previous days. I would stay here again.

Summary: arrival was like boarding the Marie Celeste. there was nobody at Reception. In fact, there was nobody at the hotel at all. I was greeted by a sheet of A4 on the wall in reception with my name on. It was a letter telling me that there was nobody on site and where I could find my room and that my room key was in the room. It was a seriously weird. The hotel dining room was not open so I made the rest of it and went out and bought some wonderful pizzas locally. My room, which was a suite was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. breakfast wasn't terribly dramatic. there was plenty of choice And the food and drink was of high standard.

Summary: Very nice small hotel in a charming English village. We ate at the restaurant both night we were there. The food was very good.

Summary: All staff were exceptional, all very friendly & so welcoming from start to finish . Its a very well run hotel which is clean and the rooms has everything you need, I would definitely go back & thoroughly recommend. Thanks Hollies Hotel we has the perfect weekend staying with you.

Summary: Although the staff were pleasant and it was clean and tidy. This hotel is very dated and could do with a refurbishment. The gym was very basic and had carpet and no floor space to do any workouts there. Nice food in the restaurant and attentive waiting and bar staff
