Positive: Beautiful place, good value, very clean and cozy.
Negative: Maybe would be nice if the check out is a little bit latter that most of other accommodations (11:00am - 12:00) currently the check out time is 10am.

Positive: Very well equipped and quiet cottage with lovely views,walking distance to basic amenities and short drive to good pubs
Negative: The cottage is not in chiselborough as advertised, but in Stoke which a nearby village. It’s not as self contained as described as you will share an access room with a window looking into the lounge with the next door neighbours, which was a bit awkward. The thermostat is locked so you don’t get to decide how warm you get to be.

Positive: Loved it. Clean, comfortable and in a stunning location with wonderful views. A local pub is less than 5 mins drive away (albeit up a relatively steep hill) which served great, home cooked food. The beds were super comfortable with a bath/shower room on the first floor and an ensuite on the top floor. I would happily stay here again. the kitchen is small but has everything you could possibly need. And the water pressure is amazing! The check-in instructions were simple and worked. This is such a cosy cottage. We all loved our stay.
Negative: A welcome pack suggesting local landmarks / things to do would have been nice, especially some instructions on what to do with the rubbish and recycling. Lots of steps. I wouldn't recommend this property to people with mobility issues. Also there was no WiFi, and the property is advertised as having WiFi. Luckily the mobile reception in the property is good so we could use our mobile data, but if there isn't WiFi, the property details should be updated accordingly. However, none of these were major issues and we didn't enjoy our stay any less because of it.
