Positive: Great location and property met all expectations. Highly recommend and look forward to another stay in the future!
Negative: Didn't get location of the key box in the welcome message. x2 Lock boxes, one inside the fence and one near the meter box at front door. Had to ring as we went to the box inside the yard. Would be helpful if the location of the lock box was detailed for future occupants.

Negative: Could not sit at the dining room table as the chairs were not stable. Some of the recliners in the lounge room did not work. Due to excessive wind noise through the front door we had to sleep with the door partly opened. The whistling noise was unbearable. Also did not realise we would not be able to put our car into the enclosed garage.
Summary: Pleasant facility but could do with some improvements to furniture.

Negative: Front door continually jammed. There was a constant and loud whistling noise from the front door during windy weather. Blankets provided in the bedrooms were stained and unclean and off-putting. The tap in the downstairs bathroom continually dripped, no matter how tightly tightened.

Positive: The location, the house was just across the road from the beach. Very clean and all mod cons available.
Negative: Whilst I understand the need to pay a $500 security deposit, this had to be paid to a third party called "Superhog", who appear to be a Landlord Insurance company in the United Kingdom and therefore I was charged an international transaction fee on top of a $15 "admin fee". I am still waiting for the refund of my $500 deposit, which they claim will be refunded within a week, it is now over 2 weeks since they took my deposit. None of this was made clear when I made the booking with booking.com. They also required me to upload my drivers license and took a photo of me for facial recognition. This experience has makes me reluctant to use booking.com again
