5 Bedroom House in Burnside

At Hollywood Tree House you have the entire home to yourself.

The home is approximately 800 squares on a nice size property, complete with pool and glorious balcony views over Adelaide. The home is contemporary but cosy.

There are 4 big bedrooms all complete with King and Queen size beds.. There are 3 bathrooms, a home theatre and a games room complete with a bar.

The kitchen/Meals/Living area is open plan and central on the top level of the house.

There is an extensive outdoor 3 level decking/entertaining area at the rear of the home complete with a swimming pool. The front of the home has extensive balconies complete with a dining area, lounge area and informal sitting areas.

The view from this space is why our home is called Hollywood Tree House. It feels like you are perched up high in a tree house overlooking all of Adelaide's beautiful natural surroundings.

Located in the prestigious suburb of Burnside you are 2 minutes from Burnside Village (Fashion/brand shopping), 5 minutes from The Parade (trendy café/restaurant strip) and 10 minutes from the city centre. Perfect location for a glorious Adelaide visit.

There is a double garage for parking which leads internally in to the home and there is atleast another 2 car parking available on the property as well as parking on the street if needed.

The Neighbourhood

Burnside is considered one of the most prestigious suburbs in Adelaide. That being said our neighbours are not at all snobby, infact quite the opposite. They are welcoming and friendly, although you will rarely see them as all our properties are quite large and secluded from each other. We live in a little cul-de-sac which makes the location even more quiet and private. It really is the perfect little hideaway...yet still so close to the hustle and bustle of the city if you want that too. The best of both worlds.

House Rules

To us our home is perfect and we expect it to be treated with respect. We are non smokers so we don't allow smoking inside the home but there are many exterior areas you are free to smoke. You are free to enjoy our home like it is your own, we just ask that you take care not to break or damage anything we treasure. Parties are NOT allowed and we ask you have respect for our neighbourhood and neighbours in keeping loud noises to a minimum and at appropriate hours. As you see our home on your arrival is how we would like to see it when we return.

Summary: Sandra was a fantastic host - check-in was super easy and our every need was catered for upon arrival. The house itself is incredible and perfect for a big group. We have already enquired about staying here again on our next trip to Adelaide! Would highly recommend.

Summary: Our stay at Burnside was nothing short of stellar. The accommodation itself is extraordinarily well equipped, spacious, ultra clean and well decorated. It suited our large group of 10 adults especially well. Our host - Sandra - was the icing on the cake. Her efforts to stay engaged and responsive to our questions were impressive and appreciated. Moreover, she went above and beyond to return lost property post check out. All in all, despite having high expectations, we were surprised on the upside!

Summary: Beautiful location, house feels like you are amongst the trees! It has a lot of space, and different areas to enjoy. Sandra was very quick to respond to any questions, helpful and generous. A beautiful bottle of wine and cake was waiting upon arrival, unnecessary but very thoughtful. Feeling incredibly blessed to have stayed in such a peaceful place that would be suitable and adaptable for any occasion/visit.

Summary: Overall experience was pleasant, was a homely, welcoming stay and all the guests felt very comfortable. Owner was very helpful and made the stay easy and enjoyable. Great outdoor entertainment space with pool, lovely open space inside upstairs and down with lots of extras to keep guests entertained. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Summary: Highly recommend this property. Everything you need is avaliable and the host is absolutly beautiful and accomodating. Fantastic management before during and after our Occassion. given a tour on arrival and even a beautiful cake card and wine presentation for my mum as it was her 50th. House was amazing and beautifully presented. Just perfect to spoil yourself for some time in wonderful luxury or have a small Occassion. Thankyou sandra it was a weekend we will never forget. Summary: The house was booked for the Clipsal 500 weekend as a business trip for several people. The house accommodated us all with ease and great comfort. The pool allowed us to cool off in the heat, the communication between the owner and I was wonderful and relaxed and the facilities easy to use.

Summary: We stayed at Hollywood Tree House during the New Years period and were blown away by this beautiful home. It has everything you could ask for and is easy to get to with only a short trip to the Adelaide CBD. This property has everything you need for a short or long trip away, from the amazing location and grandeur of the home as well as Sandra the owner, who was so informative, kind and helpful during our stay. She was happy to meet us for an early check in and stayed in contact during some particularly wild weather to ensure we had power and were ok (luckily everything was fine) :) Thanks again Sandra for letting us stay in your beautiful home! Summary: Recently stayed here the night before my wedding with my Bridal party. Sandra the host went above and beyond and everything was perfect. She left me a lovely wedding card and some wine and choccies which went down a treat. For those reading this and wondering what's included, you don't need to bring anything to the house. You have free reign and Sandra will even grab you some milk/bread/bacon etc. I cannot recommend the Hollywood Tree House enough to all of my friends and anyone else reading this.
