Positive: It is a beautiful place with lots of charm. Very quiet and just off the path for nature walks.

Negative: We had an issue with the hot water - we all took warm showers with little water pressure, and the kitchen sink had no hot water and low water pressure which made it difficult to cook and clean. Also the fridge door was broken so that was tricky. We loved the wood fireplace but the logs we were told to use were very damp (stored outside and exposed to rain) so that was a letdown. Also would have loved basic toiletries like body soap and a hairdryer! And lastly - the directions were inaccurate and a nightmare to follow….please update these for future visitors.

Positive: Lovely location for family and dogs, could walk into burley, lovely views and big garden.

Negative: Property was tired and could reallt do with a good clean and freshen up. Bedding, towels, furnishings and bit tired looking and a lack of cleaning products. Mould in the shower. Washing machine area reallt needs a freshen up and clean as outside. Needs rear garden lighting and working torch at least. We had a great stay despite this as location lovely
