Summary: Great little house. Awesome back yard. Owner easy to deal with, simple check in. Only thing i was disappointed with was that you couldn't have anyone come in to the house, so couldnt have my family over for lunch, or even my daughter in for a coffee. This was the whole purpose of getting a house vs going to hotel. It is in the fine print, so my fault for not picking up on it quickly enough to cancel. But i think definitely something people need to be aware of. But if just visiting Perth, and no wanting visitors to the house this was a awesome place to stay.
