Negative: A little noisy out in the street on a few nights, but given the location that was to be expected.

Positive: The ambiance of the whole place - the decor, the high ceilings, could see the sky, lovely breeze, the private veranda (great size, seating, lots of plants). The unit was small but had absolutely everything we could have wanted. The location was perfect - right in the middle of things but still peaceful (even with the bar downstairs, was really not a problem at all). Secure private parking was really appreciated. And particularly that we could have our dog with us.
