What to experience:
Walking/biking trails galore on Poudre Trail that traverses from Fort Collins to Greeley, Water Valley's 27-hole golf course, Raindance Golf Course, lake access with SUP's and kayaks within walking distance. 2 miles to the new Future Legends Sports Complex. Our home is a quick hour from DIA and an hour beautiful ride to Estes Park. The home sits perfectly between Loveland, Fort Collins and Greeley. Close to UNC in Greeley and CSU in Fort Collins in a desirable and safe neighborhood within walking distance of Eastman Park playground and river experience, skate park and soccer fields. 55 minutes from DIA and 50 to Cheyenne. 2 hours to most ski resorts.
Stay in comfort while experiencing all the Northern Colorado activities or right in Water Valley if you are in town for a wedding on Pelican Lakes Island.
Amenities:
The house has high ceilings, a warm fireplace, high speed internet. It is a great place to stay and relax, play board games or yard games like cornhole in the fully fenced backyard for privacy. There is a small children's playground, outdoor dining table and a BBQ. You can sit in the backyard where there are mature trees.
Sleeping Areas:
Primary bedroom has a king bed, TV and plenty of space for a pack and play (if requested). Lofted ceilings with fan connected to private bath. The other 3 bedrooms upstairs have a twin/double bunk, a full bed and a queen bed all sharing the other upstairs bathroom with double sinks and a private area for shower/toilet. There is also a loft/reading/play area overlooking the lower living room. The finished basement boasts a 5th bedroom with a queen bed and in the open area a queen sofa pull out bed as well as a bathroom with stone floor shower. There is also a folding single twin bed available.
The Kitchen/Living Area:
The house has two living areas on the main floor with plenty of seating and room to watch movies and a living/play area in the basement. It has an updated kitchen with professional gas stove, hardwood floors throughout and new carpet.
Office:
If you need to do some virtual work while on vacation, there is a office on the main floor with a desk where you can take private calls, zoom meetings or teach with the high speed internet.
Local highlights include walking to the golf clubhouse to eat the Pelican Lakes Resort and Golf which includes the Sand Bar (Sport Bar) and the Grillhouse or to Sol De Jalisco (Mexican). Downtown Windsor has plenty of foodie delights. The Hearth and the Windsor Mill Tavern, Luna's Taco's and Tequila and Peculiar for good eats and Chimney Park for the fancy night out. There is also Mexican, Cajun, and pubs. Summer music on Thursday nights at Park and Friday night music at the local golf club.
