Positive: Great location, beautiful sunset.
Negative: Finding the property was a bit of a hassle. No sign outside that this was the place, and a gate and it was closed so I didnt feel good about opening it and going in. In some states you can get shot for that. Owner had to direct us to the actual parking area. We specifically asked about EV charging, and it was a primary reason we booked there. I looked, but could not find an EV charger anywhere near the parking place, so we just charged elsewhere. We do not usually stay in any Air BNB type places so I do not have a standard for how these should be. But to me this looked like a Mom & Pop renovation on a limited budget. Amateur woodwork, electrical, and tile work. Disconcerting that there is an uncapped gas line in the front room next to an exercise bicycle. Front door is racked and doesnt close or lock easily. Lots of "do this, dont do that" sort of signs that get mocked on TV commercials.
Summary: Probably a great place to stay for some, but not for us.

Positive: The host was exceptionally generous in the breakfast food provided and also very thoughtful as they provided other pantry items as well to make our stay as easy as possible. The living room/kitchen/dining area was light filled, comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was really well stocked with crockery, pots and pans and other cooking utensils. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with quilts left out if it got cold. The bathroom had all that was required with nice fluffy towels. There was a big lawn at the front of the property with a sandpit and swing for young kids.
Negative: The bedroom curtains were pretty but did not cut out a lot of light.
Summary: A comfortable, relaxing property by the water, beautiful sunsets and a generous, thoughtful host.

Positive: This stay was in a beautiful setting on the beach. The interior was very clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. There were multiple things for breakfast in the morning. The host was so very gracious and welcoming .We had a lovely time.

Positive: The property is gorgeous! Amazing location and great host. The kitchen was fully stocked which is always a great plus! I will certainly go back if I have the chance :)

Positive: The stay was perfect! I loved the secluded area, the views, everything about it was great! The fridge was stocked with staples and snacks were left for the stay. The host is super sweet, very accommodating, checked-in to make sure everything was fine and was very communicative.
