On the most quaint, quiet and historic street in the charming downtown Noblesville you will find a home that fits your every need. 2 bedroom home, room for an inflatable mattress with a common room in between to accommodate an additional guest or extra space to relax if needed. Full kitchen and dining room which seats 6 people. The family room is a perfect space to play a game, read a book or just be. Fenced in backyard with fire pit and seating. Trained animals under 50 lbs welcome!.

This is my primary residence; however, everything is cleaned and washed prior to guest arriving. The house will be unoccupied and I will not be stopping by during the guest visit.

Summary: We stayed here for a basketball tourney and it was perfect. Enough room to stretch out, nice kitchen, and so much better than being in a cramped hotel room.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was close to our family for Thanksgiving and it was better than staying in hotel. It was cozy and felt like home. We loved the neighborhood and it was very convenient to shopping and food. We recommend this place to anyone who needs a nice relaxing place to stay while visiting family or friends locally.

Summary: Great location. We were in town for travel soccer and were close to all our fields. Still close enough to go into downtown Indy. Plenty of stores nearby for your needs or plenty of restaurants if you want to dine out.

Summary: Great ac and heat which we needed both with changing weather conditions. Great bed mattress and very clean household. The owner indeed lives in house and so drawers and cabinets and closets contain family belongings. However,the house is not cluttered. A great value for the rate.

Summary: This was a cute house and nice location and yard. Everything seemed clean for the most part but our main “complaint” or just something we noticed was that it is a bit different from other listings we have stayed at that might provide things like shampoo, coffee, etc which wasn’t a big deal but something that can be nice to have. Additionally, there is not drawer or closet space if you need to unpack your suitcase and there are personal belongings around which, again, is not a big deal but is something different than some other listings. Our dogs loved the yard. A little bit of miscommunication in messaging the host as well, but overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed our time.
