Summary: We loved our stay at the Rock 'n Roll Haven. We were in town for a Softball Tournament and the house was perfect for our needs. The location was great with lots of food options nearby and the Pool and Ping Pong Tables were a huge hit in our downtime. House was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip (Dishwasher and Laundry detergent included)/. We felt very safe in the Neighborhood and I went running every morning through the complex. Through no fault of the owner. we had a small issue with the front door lock one of the days. The owner got back to us very quickly to resolve the problem and all was good. Highly recommend staying here if you are in town.

Summary: It's a great house, in a quiet neighborhood that's literally less than 10 minutes from Ruoff Music Center. We will definitely stay here anytime we're in town for concerts, it's super convenient and such a nice house!
