Positive: Location… sprawling apartment, well serviced— towels, toiletries, bath rob and slippers, full kitchen and restaurant on site. All good so far. Could not ask for more really… BUT…
Negative: The front desk staff — a fellow initial TG made me thank God I was staying for just a few days. He was terrible… and clearly missed the customer service training! if I was NOT desperate for a place and it was already late evening, I would have done an about-face turn and not check in. A low level TRUST aim your foreign guests gives me pause. Here are the issues: 1) He would NOT allow me to check-into the room and use the internet (essential)to make a transfer. I don’t have a local account. Ok… so I sat there in the lobby with no privacy to do this as people walked by and him feeding me bank details! I would suggest using the restaurant or find an office to do this. Not the lobby! Made my lack of trust heightened! This was a transaction less than $1kUSD… you have my passport details where will I run to??? As an experienced solo female business Traveller, I had a driver wait with me until I settled in. 2) Despite that… every time I asked a question — for eg. what’s the corporate address… I got a lame answer … “we don’t have that address…” It was endless! When I screenshot the wire payment (pending status) and done. He insisted that he wanted to see a statement that had the lousy amount of $329 to ensure I actually wore that amount due. 3)The internet went in and out and eventually they were very gracious and moved me to another room. The best staff Mr. C — he was another reason I stayed. He is an excellent brand ambassador! The most pleasant and helpful host. He is amazing! Told him to impart some of his ways to his front desk staff colleague! 4) water pump issues…a late afternoon with no water, but it was fixed shortly. Applaud that! 5) internet still went in and out in the second apartment by then, I had had it. I was so unlucky to call the front desk to reset and who did I get? You guessed it! Sir… the internet is not working again.. could they reset since by now I know it correlates when the power goes out. Response: “It’s working ma… I am using it myself now!

Negative: The staff are quite slow, especially the ones from the restaurant.
