This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with two queen beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets, but there is a small nightly fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

Summary: Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the place on the inside. At first glance looks fine but it is not corner cleaned especially the bathroom. The beds mattress pads are cheap water proof so every time you move it sounds like you’re sleeping on a garbage sack. The carpet going up the stairs and the loft area needs to be shampooed. The bathroom could use more counter space because there’s no where to set anything. The view out the front window is basically a junk yard. It would be fine for a quick one night stay to sleep but I would not stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here while in town for a reunion. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The loft runs a little warmer but cools down nicely. We were very pleased with the accommodations and checking in and out was convenient and simple.
