Summary: Nice and comfortable new hotel in the center of Malmö. The bathroom floor was heated and we were able to shut out most of the city sounds. Neighbors rummaging was also heard, but not an issue. The buffets were decent, but limited in choice. We thoroughly enjoyed not having to pick restaurants after an eventful day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Malmö at Hotel Mortensen. They have recently changed parent companies and are now part of Best Western. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff is very nice and rooms are nice, as well. The building is very old, which adds charm and character to the hotel.

Summary: it was great staying at this hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, people who works at breakfast table were awesome . only negative part was tv and hotel does not offer cable tv, i was hoping to see the CNN. other than that everything was what i wished ot be.

Summary: Great hotel smack in the middle of central Malmo. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast buffet which was included was fantastic. I will be back!

Summary: It's a good hotel for a short stay and a good value for the money. It is situated in the best area in Malmö. However, in one of the days, someone used my toilet and didn't flush. This is probably the most unacceptable event I ever had in a hotel.

Summary: Hotel in the nice citycenter of Malmö. The breakfast room and reception are new and therefor nice, but the rooms are quite old. In our room the render/paint was loosening from the roof, 1/3 of the light bulbs were not working and we had crackers from the previous guests at the window.

Summary: Our room was really clean, spacious and beautiful, decorated in the style of late 1890's. Windows had excellent insulation, and the room was really quiet, even though the hotel faces the main shopping/restaurant area. Kettle isn't provided in the room, but this isn't a problem, because really good quality coffee (and hot beverages in general) is provided 24/7 for free in the restaurant. Bed really comfortable with fresh clean linen. The heating wasn't on, so with the high ceilings the room was a bit cold, but they provided us with a heater. My only slight criticism would be that I requested a room with a bath, but got one with a shower. One of the receptionists was rude at one point, but in general staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast consisted of good quality foods, and was nicely laid out.

Summary: The Hotel is in the middle of Malmö and very close to all things you need in town center and close to railwaystation. A little bit difficult to find on GPS- coming in by car- since the hotel is situated on an walking street. Parking-garage is just around the corner. This might be an "older hotel" which has been renovated recently. Large rooms and all the things you need (kind of an small TV...) There was some things, like soap and shampoo when we arrived but got this from reception. Good breakfast with some warm options as well. Staff in reception was friendly and helpful. Very good price for weekend stay. We were going to an concert in Copenhagen but it was almost half-price to stay here instead of in Denmark. Trains going every 20/30 minutes so this was a good option.
