Positive: I stay here often for work. The breakfast is ok. They have some gluten free options. The location is very good. And it is very convenient that they have breakfast and dinner included.

Negative: The dinner has very few gluten free options. One evening I could only eat potatoes with cold vegetables. No information in English, however the staff is always very helpful.

Summary: It was ok, but could be better for the money.

Positive: We had a wonderful first stay at this hotel, made extra special by Irma, who helped us both at the reception and later at the evening bar. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. Irma went out of her way to make sure all our needs were met, and it was clear that she truly enjoys her job. The hotel is lucky to have such a gem on their team, and we hope they recognize the value she brings to guests’ experiences. Because of her and the overall atmosphere, we will definitely be back. As for the hotel itself, it is very well located, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the all-inclusive package is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!
