Positive: We made a last minute booking because of an issue with another location we booked. We were so lucky this location was available. This ended up saving our trip and experience in Palermo. Booking was easy but we needed to be able to check in early, or at least leave our luggage. The host was very easy to contact and responsive. He went out of his way and helped me figure out a way to get into the apartment before usual check in time, which made a big difference for us. Check in instructions were very clear. The apartment was spacious, clean, well appointed, and well furnished. There was plenty of wardrobe and dressers in each room. The beds were comfortable. There were two bathrooms which was helpful for a group of 6. The location is unbeatable! Very central, walking distance to everything, restaurants just around the corner. A Lidl is 10 minutes walk away. There are 2 A/C in the main rooms but plenty of fans if needed. The temperature was very comfortable, even when it was very hot outside in early June. Our host was a main reason why we loved this apartment so much. But of course, the apartment was excellent as well. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again next time.
