Summary: Came for soccer tournament. Great location. Great neighborhood. Nice house layout. Dated but maintained. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Not super stocked, but has essentials. Close to town but out of the bustle. Don’t expect new, modern or shiny and you will be pleased. I would stay again and recommend. Super comfy for 6.

Summary: The place was great, big and beautiful just like the photos, we really enjoyed the time we did stay but the mice problem has not been solved so we left a day early with no refund which sucked.

Summary: We booked this house to surprise our 8 year old with family in her favorite place, Lake Tahoe. The house is in a perfect location, close enough to heavenly village but far enough away that you still get the peace and quiet you look for in beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Summary: The home had a nice floor plan but the carpet was filthy, I have pictures. Broken bannister rail & the spa was dirty & unusable. Very disappointed. I do have pictures of all the flooring. We had a nice time considering but definitely need new cleaners Mark & Terri Blaylock

Summary: Felt like i was in my "home away from home". This house is perfect for family vacations and even multiple families. It easily sleept 8 people as stated, with plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was loaded with everything you may need, plus more. Hot tub was clean, hot and ready to go when we arrived. The sauna in the downstairs bathroom was amazing!!! So healing, I took at least one sauna each day we were there. Beautiful view from the outside deck. It was so quiet and peaceful drinking coffee on the deck each a.m. and having a glass of wine as we watched the sun go down in the evenings. Not really a walkable neighborhood so much but was perfect location to quickly drive down to restaurants, lake and casinos(appx 5-7 minute drive to casinos/lake). We'd spend the day at the lake, then come back to the house to shower, bbq and eat dinner, then call an uber to go down to the casinos. One of the best family vacations we've ever had!!

Summary: The house is a little outdated but served all our purposes. We stayed here during our family vacation and we had a great time. There is a spacious kitchen that allowed a few of us to cook and prepare dinner all at the same time. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans. We used the grill and were provided plenty of propane (for to different dinners). The beds were all very comfortable, although some of the pillows did not have cases and we had to hunt for them. The hot tub was super clean and awesome. We even got to watch a bear walk past the house as we all sat out there soaking. Nice place to stay for a family.

Summary: The house was spacious. It served the purpose for our trip. The home was mostly older appliances. The jacuzzi had a time limit so that was disappointing. But over all it was a cute house.

Summary: Great for a family! Fully stocked kitchen. It has a cozy living room and new hot tub. View of snow capped mountains from the bedroom and deck. What more can you ask for? Definitely coming back!
