4 Bedroom House in Old Orchard Beach

This cool (rustic meets modern) two story cape style house with an open floor concept features 4 bedrooms all with dedicated air conditioners (sleeps 6-12), brand new stainless steel appliances, three smart TVs, with new tile and wood floors and is a short walk from Old Orchard Beach. Walk or bike (just over ½ mile) or park for free in 2 dedicated 24-hour beach parking spots (at the beach) on Milliken Street parking lot that also offers changing rooms, showers and bathrooms.
You can also take a trolly, which is located 250 feet away from the house at Jimmy the Greek’s Restaurant, and stops at 8 beach locations. $2 per person Children 5 and under ride free!
Located just outside of the Ocean Park section of Old Orchard beach, you can enjoy walking & nature trails, bike trails, dog paths and tennis courts, all in one of the coolest little beach communities in Maine.
The home features a great room, all new furniture, five air conditioners, a bar and pellet stove. The fully equipped kitchen opens out onto a rear deck with a Napoleon BBQ grill, a LOCO 30in flat top griddle, and small charcoal grill. The rear yard has a privacy fence, and has corn hole and a horse shoe pit.
The driveway parks four vehicles. There is also plenty of on-street parking available.
Two first-floor bedrooms each feature Queen beds. The second-floor features two bedrooms; one with a queen and twin bed, the other has two full-size beds and a twin. There is a full bath on the main floor, a half-bath on the second floor, and a large private outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
We’re walking distance (with in 2 blocks) of famous Jimmy the Greek’s Bar Brick Oven Pizza and Arcade, a Potvin's wine and liquor store, Dunk’n Donuts, 7-11 and lots of restaurants and eateries.
And we are a 5-minute drive to Aquaboggan Water park and Funtown Splashtown USA.

Summary: The property is well managed! Our group of 5 adults and 4 young kids felt very at home. James is a get host and very communicative. The property has all the amenities you could need, is centrally located close to the beach, highway, and supermarket is close by also. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the upstairs rooms has multiple beds. The bathrooms are kept well and clean. We enjoyed our stay from bbq, bonfire with smores, to watching movies, we all felt very relaxed here.

Summary: property was perfect for us, our 3 kids and 2 grandkids. Convenient location (beach lot parking pass was a real plus). Air conditioned house was great for the 90 degree days and nights. House was well equipped including plenty of towels and robes for the popular out door after beach shower. James was very available and helpful including some great restaurant recommendations. We’re planning to return and highly recommend it.

Summary: House was beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed and more. Host James thought of everything even left us a little local gift which we enjoyed. Location was perfect just enough outside of all the OOB traffic. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Summary: This house was great, in many ways! James has really thought of everything, even down to hook placement for the outdoor shower ….your towels stay dry! We have stayed in homes in many places, including Europe and this was the most well equipped and easy to live in! There were two daily beach parking passes included and they were invaluable!!! Overall we would highly recommend this property!
