Positive: The apartment is spacious for two people, it has a nice view (if you sit down on the sofa or on the bed, only; otherwise, you're looking at construction sites), it's close to shops and eateries. It has an equipped kitchen for light meals or heating up take-away. Cool and breezy if you open all windows.

Negative: The second bedroom has no window and it's smelly/stuffy because of it. The continuous noise coming from the two construction sites right outside made it impossible to enjoy the cooler temperatures with open windows, and the noise from the roarring cars and motorcycles till 2 am made it impossible to sleep, so we left after two nights out of three. Both bedrooms had a mild mould smell, despite our efforts to keep windows open and get fresh air inside. We wanted to use the gym, but most of the equipment was rusty and dusty.

Positive: The host is very kind and friendly. She is helpful and swift as well, you can communicate with her properly. We liked the place, because everything is near by car. The apartment is modern and beautiful. It is well equipped, except the washing machine, but the Host told us she will buy one.

Negative: We really missed a washing machine (lavatrice), but the Host told us that she will buy one.

Positive: This is amazing place when you plan for genting skyworld it take around 15 min to sky world but larger and so comfy. I visited Genting with kids and they happy with facilities here. It close to local food court.

Negative: Nothings to complaint it excellent.

Negative: The place was really awsome with a complete fog view through out the day. Homestay staff was really helpful in planning my day iternary from the places to visit and how to reach out there.

Positive: The key was self-collecting from the mailbox which is easy. And the host had instruction WA to us (even with a video to demonstrate how to unlock the mailbox) well before our arrival, which we are very appreciative of this gesture. Everything was clean & new. We were asked not to put our used blankets and pillows back to storage, so I am guessing the host makes an effort to clean them before the next guest(s), which is very thoughtful of him. The location was walking distance to a cluster of restaurants, coffee shops and shop houses. and some coffee shops opened till quite late. Very convenient for meals and simple groceries shopping. My car broke down on the last day when checking out. The Host Felix was very understanding to let me return 1 set of keys later so I can still have access to the building's carpark via lift. He even whatsapp me on nearby workshop so I can seek help from mechanic. Throughout the stay, he was very responsive to queries regarding the room and provided all the essentials. Will definitely consider booking the same unit again if I revisit Genting.

Negative: The challenge is finding the reception/security desk even when the location was marked on Waze & Google map, we went to the Geo 38 Resorts/Hotel initially when arriving at the area because of bad weather (cloud & mist) that affected the GPS proximity accuracy. Then the floors in the building were numbered in a weird order, the residential floors were normal that numbered Level 1 as lowest and 38 as highest, but the non-residential floors like carpark, swimming pool, gym and security desk/reception were numbered in reverse - after G floor, L1 is the highest to L7 the lowest (where the reception is). Checkout time was a nightmare. There was 4 lifts but only 3 in operation. We already attempt to move our luggage to our car and checkout an hour earlier than the stated checkout time, but the lift was packed full every trip going up or down. We had to stand at the lift lobby for more than 40 min watching the lift door open & close with guest packed like sardines, not able to get into the lift. Even when I gave up and attempt to move my luggage through 22 floors of stairs, every staircase was locked and I was forced to take the poorly managed lifts. Eventually we had to split our group to squeeze individually into whichever lift that has little space left. However I think the above are building management issues that the property manager need to improve on, and is no fault of the host who already did his best to be understanding and provide workarounds.

Summary: The host is very helpful & understanding, location is good with lots of food within walking distance
